2. Product Information & Description

All crystal, gemstone and bone-chain jewelry sold on our site are handcrafted natural-stone products. Natural crystals, minerals and gemstones naturally contain unique inclusions, colour variations, vein marks and minor surface texture differences. These natural features are not manufacturing defects.

Every screen, monitor and mobile device may display slight colour differences. We do not guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly match the actual stone colour. All product photos are for reference purposes only.

3. Pricing & Payment

All product prices shown on the Website are quoted in USD. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the moment of checkout. Once your payment is successfully processed, your order contract between you and our company comes into effect.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, for reasons including suspected fraudulent payment, incorrect product pricing, stock shortage, or other security risks.

4. Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

Once the shipping carrier marks your package as “delivered”, risk of loss, theft or physical damage to your crystal jewelry transfers fully to you.
