We craft our bracelets at our workshop. From there we handle production and shipping, ensuring each piece meets our quality standards.

From the moment we receive your order, it typically takes 1–3 business days to craft your bracelet(s) before it is ready for shipment.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking. If you do not see it, check spam. Still missing it? Contact us at support@longyongjewelry.com.

Please ensure we have the correct wrist size and delivery address.

Sometimes yes, depending on the bracelet and what is possible with materials in stock. Pricing may change for custom work. Email support@longyongjewelry.com with your ideas and we will let you know what we can do.

We do not recommend wearing bracelets during those activities—they can damage gemstones and metal over time. See our care guide for details.

Wrist measurements give a custom fit. Natural beads also vary slightly in size, and different designs change how a bracelet sits—so measuring the wrist is more reliable than a fixed length.

Bead size appears in the product title—for example, Lava Bracelet IV (6mm) means 6mm beads. Product specifications often include a visual size reference.

Crafting usually takes 1–3 business days (with wrist size and a valid address). After that we ship with priority service.

Typical transit: The average logistics time globally is 5–8 working days, depending on destination. We cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. See also Shipping.

Often you can update the address on the carrier tracking page. If not, contact the courier and us as soon as possible. Address or country changes may not always be possible and may incur extra fees.
